At JobMate we deliver a very high level of ongoing customer support. Since we became part of Red Advertising at the end of November 2009 our service support areas have been significantly enhanced delivering a first class service to our clients.
We do not deal with automated ticket systems or automated help lines. What we deliver is good old fashioned quality customer care. With a real person on the other end of the phone.
When a new client decides to use JobMate we automatically appoint a minimum of three handlers to their account:- An Account Executive who is responsible for your ongoing support requirements, a technical support engineer who looks after any ongoing technical support requirements and also an Account Director who oversees that every aspect of your account is running smoothly.
For clients with high user numbers we will provide dedicated support sections with additional handlers and teams that work exclusively on your account.
